1 User Agreement and Conditions

General Use and Service

The service Maxtango is provided “as is” and “as available”. Maxtango reserves the right to modify, suspend or terminate the Service at any time in parts, in full, by user, account or content. You agree that Maxtango is not liable in cases of modification, discontinuation or termination of the Service which includes parts of the website (features, database, content) or the full Service. We are not liable to you as a result of Service failures, caused by maintenance, technology and hardware outage or third party failures (hosting, power, telecom) that are beyond our reasonable control.

Conduct

You agree not to use Maxtango for any unlawful purposes, including the upload, download, post or tramsmission, display and distribution of obscene, harassing, harmful, illegal, pornographic, threatening material. You must not threaten, discriminate, harass other Maxtango users.
You are responsible for any content or activity under your screen name. Maxtango must not be used as anonymous communication. Keep passwords and data in a safe place and apply common sense in your online activities.

Indemnification

You hereby indemnify and hold harmless Maxtango from and against any and all liability and costs, including, without limitation, of any claim araising out by you or any other user of such claim. You are bound to cooperate.

2 Your Content

Submissions

As a registered user to the Service you are able to submit material to Maxtango.
You are responsible for all of the content and material that you upload, download, post or transmit to the Service Maxtango. This includes comments, posts, votes, questions, messages, artwork, designs and graphics. By downloading, uploading, transmitting or posting content you warrant that Maxtango is not liable for any consequential, indirect or special damages caused by or arising because of your content and Material.

Content Policy and Copyright

Maxtango does not own your work, content or material that you transmit, upload, download or post. You remain the sole owner of your work at all times. Maxtango does not claim intellectual property rights in your work. In order to make available the Service, you must grant Maxtango the non-exclusive license to to store, display, reformat, perform, execute and distribute, archive and backup your content and submitted material through the Service Maxtango it’s subdirectories and servers.

You must have all legal rights to use, distribute, copy, display and upload, transmit and broadcast the content. You warrant that Maxtango will not be required to make any payments with respect to material that you submit, including, but not limited to, payments to you, third parties, rights agents and publishers.

Contests and Promotions

From time to time, Maxtango will run contests, competitions, sweepstakes surveys or promotions. If there are no additional Terms to any of the above, the Maxtango Terms of Service and Privacy Policy become effective.

Maxtango may feature, promote, advertise on the website, in the newsletter or e-mail communication any third party web site in forms of text links, banners, advertisements, graphics. These websites are operated by others and we do not have any control over third party sites and we are not responsible for any content or material on those sites. If Maxtango becomes aware that illegal, harmful, obscene, harassing or discriminating links are being posted, linked, advertised or promoted, we will take measures to remove, ban or delete such entries from our site, terminate or close accounts.

5 Final Notice

If you do not agree with these Terms as described above, do not use the Maxtango Website, Service, subsites and subdirectories.
